LLB (Hons) Law Senior Status Online

Our LLB (Hons) Senior Status Online is a two year full time programme specifically designed for students who already hold a degree. In addition to gaining a Qualifying Law Degree in just two years, this online programme offers you the additional flexibility of being able to select three LLB course options in your second year.

The online LLB Law Senior Status degree is taught by the same experienced professional tutors as our on campus LLBs. The course has a practical focus with employability embedded into the course. It is this, combined with academic rigour, that will provide you with the essential groundwork for your legal education.

The LLB (Hons) Senior Status Online degree would be of interest for graduate overseas students, as you may benefit from some exemptions in your home jurisdiction with this degree. We do recommend that you check any possible exemptions in your home jurisdiction, prior to undertaking the course.

After you’ve completed the LLB, you can go on to study one of our postgraduate law courses to become a solicitor or barrister.

If you want to become a barrister, you can study our Bar Practice Course.

If you want to become a solicitor, we suggest studying our LLM Legal Practice (SQE1&2).

You can still study the Legal Practice Course (LPC) if you’ve completed, started, accepted an offer, or paid a non-refundable deposit by 21 September 2021.

If you want to specialise in a particular area of law, we also offer a range of academic Master of Law (LLM) courses, covering subjects from human rights to banking.

This course is assessed by coursework, oral presentation and invigilated exams throughout your studies.

Please note that invigilated exams must be completed at our campuses*, or an approved overseas centre if you wish to sit your exam abroad. There will be an additional University administrative fee if you wish to sit your exam outside the UK.

A deposit amount of £250 is applicable for this programme.

As this course can only be taken by those already possessing an undergraduate degree, it is not eligible for an undergraduate student loan.
