MSc Human Resources with Employment Law Online

MSc Human Resources with Employment Law Online programme prepares both entry-level and established professionals to develop their career as either HRM leaders, managers, general managers and HR business specialists.

Students will develop their understanding of Human Resource Management and Leadership across a variety of organisational settings, taking into account the way national and international contexts impact upon people management. They will also gain a critical understanding of the legal framework governing human resources and employment. 

The Business School prides itself on the practical relevancy of its programmes which combine critical theory with real life case studies and are delivered by academics with substantial industry experience. We have successfully accredited this programme with a professionally-recognised CMI (Chartered Management Institute) qualification.

A 20% charge of the full year standard fee applies to the Placement Year for programmes starting from January 2023.
