Online

Carol qualified as a solicitor in 1987 and specialised in Litigation and Family law. She joined The University of Law in 1990 as a tutor and gained a PGCHE in 2001; became a Deputy Director in 2006 and in 2008 became an Associate Professor. In 2010 Carol became Campus Dean in Chester. In 2016 Carol became of Head of Working with Others, whilst retaining her role as Campus Dean. Carol supervises Tort on the i-GDL and Personal Injury on the i-LPC.

Dr. Konstantinos Samiotis is known for his knowledge, commitment and enthusiasm for online business and management education and learning. He has taken various academic and professional roles in international academic environments which have enable him to understand higher education dynamics and their digital transformation in modern times. He has worked for the development of learning models that take advantage of online technologies while meeting the needs of online students. His work concentrates on new strategies to address the boundaries of online enablements through the lens of technology-minded audiences, technology-driven education and the technological artifacts.

Susan has been involved in the design and delivery of legal education courses for over 20 years, having qualified as a solicitor in 1988. Her main areas of expertise are Criminal and Employment law. Sue sat as a fee-paid judge at the Employment Tribunal from 2010 to 2014 and is regularly involved in the design and delivery of new and innovative courses. She is looking forward to providing tutor support to you as you begin your studies.

Kate graduated with an MA in English Literature from Cambridge University before completing the GDL. She practised first as a barrister and then a solicitor, primarily in the health care regulatory sector. She's also a qualified commercial mediator (CEDR). Kate taught Tort for many years at BPP University, both face to face and online, and was module leader for the LLB, GDL and LLM courses. She has also taught, among other things, Criminal law, English Legal Systems, plus Medical Law and Ethics and Mental Health Law at the University of Westminster. She is an external scrutiniser for CILEx and her text book on Tort Law (with GDL, LPC, SQE students in mind) was published in 2021 by Hall & Stott. Kate designed the Mental Health Law Masters module at ULaw and co-designed the Medical Law and Ethics module. She also writes fiction and her first novel, The Negligents, was published by Valley Press in 2018.

Vicky completed her LLB at University College London, graduating with First Class Honours. She then completed a MA in Medical Ethics and Law at King’s College London, and the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law’s Bloomsbury campus (then the College of Law) obtaining a Distinction. Vicky qualified as a solicitor in 2013 and worked primarily in Healthcare Regulation, including time spent in-house with a regulator. Vicky is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, having been nominated for the latter as a Centenary Young Fellow. Vicky joined BPP University as a GDL and LLB tutor in 2015, progressing to become a Principal Lecturer, the Module Leader for Legal Ethics, and the Programme Leader for the distance learning GDL, Graduate LLB, LLB and PGDL programmes. Prior to joining the University of Law, Vicky was the external examiner for the Medical Law and Ethics and Mental Health Law modules on the AMIL programmes. Vicky joined the University of Law in November 2021 as a Programme and Student Lead for the Online AMIL programmes. Vicky currently teaches Healthcare Regulation (having co-designed the module), Medical Law and Ethics, and Mental Health Law, as well as supervising dissertations within these specialisms.

John qualified as a Solicitor in 2008, having studied the GDL and LPC at The University of Law’s Chester Campus. After qualifying, he worked in private practice and specialised in commercial property and planning at Hill Dickinson’s Liverpool Office. He joined BPP as an LPC and GDL tutor in 2014 and became the LPC Programme Leader at its Manchester and Liverpool Centres in 2016. John joined The University of Law’s Online Campus as LPC Programme & Student Lead in September 2020 and currently supervises Introduction to Professional Practice and Private Client on the LPC. His teaching experience also includes Business Law and Practice, Real Estate, Solicitors’ Accounts, Professional Conduct and Regulation, Advocacy and Advanced Real Estate on the LPC and Equity & Trusts and Land Law on the GDL.

Karen is the Programme and Student Lead for the Online LPC and holds a Masters degree in Law. She trained and qualified with Kennedys before joining Fieldfisher (then Field Fisher Waterhouse), both firms based in the City of London. Her practice area is Civil Litigation and Dispute Resolution. She has taught on the GDL, LPC, and, prior to her current appointment she held the position of Course Leader for MA Law at the Moorgate Campus.

Liz is the joint Programme and Student Lead for the online LLB. Liz completed her training contract at DLA Piper, and stayed at DLA Piper following qualification. She worked on contract and company disputes, professional negligence claims, banking and finance litigation and judicial review claims, and spent time on secondment in Milan. She has taught on a range of subjects across different courses at ULaw, ranging from Business Law and Practice on the LPC to Public Law on the LLB. She is the joint University-wide Business Law and Practice module lead on the LPC, and designs materials for the new Critical Approaches in Current Legal Issues course on the LLB. She is also the author of the SQE manual SQE - Business Law and Practice (SQE 1).

Jenny qualified as a Professional and Financial Risks solicitor at Hill Dickinson in 2012. She has also worked in-house within an NHS trust and built up an expertise in professional negligence matters. Jenny joined ULaw in 2018, teaching at the Chester and Liverpool campuses as well as supervising online students and is now Programme and Student Lead for the online campus conversion courses. She has taught Contract Law and Constitutional and Administrative Law on the conversion course programmes and LLB, and also teaches Commercial Dispute Resolution on the LPC. Jenny designs course materials at various levels and has a keen interest in government and politics subjects.

Sarah Roberts is a Solicitor who qualified in 2009, having studied the LPC at the University of Law’s Chester campus (then the College of Law), and worked in Private Practice specialising in Personal Injury. Sarah trained at a specialist Personal Injury firm before moving to Weightmans in Liverpool. Sarah joined the University in 2018 as a tutor, where she currently teaches Business Law and Practice and Clinical Negligence on the LPC. Sarah is joint module lead for the Business Law and Practice course, University wide, and subject lead at the Online campus. Sarah became a senior tutor and FHEA in 2020, and gained her PGCHE in 2022. Having completed a recent secondment as co-PSL for LPC Online, Sarah became an Academic Manager in March 2022.

Keir qualified as a solicitor working for Addleshaw Sons & Latham (now Addleshaw Goddard) in 1993, specialising in Commercial Property law before joining the Chester branch of The University of Law teaching Business Law and Practice, EU, and Commercial Law. Keir has over 20 years experience of teaching on all University programmes at Chester, Manchester and now the Online Centre, and has designed the LPC Intellectual Property Law & Practice and SQE+ Intellectual Property and Data modules. He is the co-author of the LPC Foundations manual and LPC Commercial Law and Intellectual Property manual.

Anne qualified as a solicitor in 1987 and joined the Crown Prosecution Service in Merseyside where she trained as a Youth Court Specialist. She became a Senior Crown Prosecutor in 1990, working cases at both the Crown and Magistrates’ Courts. Anne joined ULaw in 2001 and teaches Dispute Resolution and Advanced Criminal Practice on the LPC, Crime and Ethics on the GDL and primarily Crime on the LLB. Anne is also a shareholder and company secretary in Dyne Solicitors Ltd.

Heather qualified in 1979 and worked in private practice, specialising in Civil Litigation and Family Law. She joined ULaw in 1982, teaching a wide range of subjects. She serves as a Magistrate in the adult court and is also a Family Judge in the Family Court in Liverpool. Heather also has experience as a Lay Manager for a mental hospital in North Wales, all of which has greatly enhanced what she brings to the classroom.

Carl Price is a solicitor who qualified in 1999 and worked in private practice specialising in Commercial Litigation. Carl joined The University of Law in 2002 as a tutor and continued his areas of practice in the classroom teaching Litigation, Commercial Dispute Resolution and Tort. In 2005 Carl gained a PGCHE and became a Senior Tutor. Carl is the designer and Module Lead for the GDL Tort module.

Tamzin Twohy is a senior tutor for the Online Campus. Tamzin graduated from Oxford University with a double first in Jurisprudence and obtained a distinction on the LPC at the Oxford Institute of Legal Practice. She trained at Slaughter and May and went on to join Eversheds. After leaving private practice, Tamzin joined the University and was made a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. She has taught on the LPC, GDL, LLM and PSC, with her main interests being in Corporate and Commercial Law.

Sarah graduated with an LLB(hons) from Warwick university before obtaining her LPC, with distinction, from ULaw. She qualified as a solicitor in early 2013 and specialised in Family Law. Sarah worked within a Tier 1 ranked team and earned personal recognition, in the Legal 500, twice for her work in this area. She is an active member of Resolution, having previously served on its national Domestic Abuse Committee. Sarah has held several external appointments, including as Trustee of a local charitable organisation, supporting women in or on the periphery of the Criminal Justice System. Sarah is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and has obtained a PGCHE. Sarah is also a Skills Coach for both solicitor and graduate apprentices at ULaw. Her primary subjects are Dispute Resolution, Crime, Human Rights and Family, which she teaches across both undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.

Orla is a Senior Tutor and joined the University in 2014, first teaching at the Manchester Campus before transferring to ULaw Online in 2020. She teaches across all undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, with a primary focus on Employment Law, Public Law, Introduction to Professional Practice and Actions. Prior to joining the University, Orla worked as a specialist employer lawyer within a number of international law firms providing advice across the full spectrum of employment law ranging from employee relation matters to contentious Employment Tribunal work. Orla was admitted as a Fellow of The Higher Education Academy in 2017.

Sian graduated with an MA (hons) from the University of Edinburgh before going on to study the GDL and LPC with the University of Law (then College of Law). She spent her formative post-qualification years working with Eversheds in their Commercial Litigation team. Subsequently, Sian went on to specialise in Commercial and Civil Litigation, spending 11 years in private practice as a solicitor and earning recognition in the Legal 500 for her Property Litigation expertise. In 2017 Sian left private practice and started teaching in Higher Education, becoming a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. In 2019 Sian won an award for Innovation in Teaching. Sian's main teaching interests are Litigation, Advocacy, Contract/Commercial and Tort law.

Alison Smith is a non-practising solicitor. She joined the University of Law in 1987 and has taught a number of subjects. In 2001 Alison gained a PGCHE. She was appointed an Associate Professor in 2007 became a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. Alison has designed and developed a significant number of course materials, assessments and manuals in particular for Contract Law (GDL, MA Law, LLB and SQE). Alison has also held a number of external appointments including a consultant on Consumer Law for BBC Watchdog and External Examiner roles.

Louise Benski teaches on the LPC, LLB Law and now SQE1 preparatory course at the Online Campus, bringing to her students a wealth of experience from both the Nottingham and Manchester Campuses, where she previously taught. She read Jurisprudence at The University of Oxford and trained at a US law firm in London, later practising as an Employment Lawyer in Nottingham and at Fieldfisher LLP's London and Manchester offices. Louise currently teaches Business Law and Employment Law modules and is a fellow of Advance HE (Higher Education Academy).

Peter qualified as a solicitor in 2003, having studied the GDL at The University of Law’s Chester Campus. As an Employment Lawyer and Commercial Litigator he acted for commercial clients and several English Football League Clubs. He also managed several mid tear law firm Personal Injury Departments. Peter joined The University of Law in 2017 and now primarily teaches Litigation, Employment Law and Crime subjects on the LLB, GDL and LPC.

Richard joined ULaw in March 2021, having previously held the position of Academic Manager at CILEx Law School. He was awarded his law degree (First Class) in 2009 from Lancaster University and later went on to gain an LLM in Law (Distinction) from Lancaster University in 2014. In 2020, Richard was awarded a PhD in Law from the University of Manchester for his thesis, titled: ‘Secession of (a) part(s) of a territory of a Member State and how to address it in EU Law’. His research was funded through the prestigious President’s Doctoral Scholar Award. Richard has taught at Lancaster University, The University of Bolton, Edge Hill University and The University of Manchester. Richard is an Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. He worked in practice for several years as a paralegal and fee earner, gaining experience in Costs (Horwich Farrelly), Professional Liability (DAC Beachcroft) and Industrial Disease and RTA (DWF). He also worked as an investigative researcher into the Hillsborough disaster with the (former) Independent Police Complaints Commission. Richard is a qualified barrister (unregistered) and was called to the Bar by Gray’s Inn in 2010. He specialises in teaching EU Law and UK Public Law/Constitutional & Administrative Law.

Gayle is a Senior tutor at the online Campus. Following her undergraduate law degree from Newcastle University, Gayle undertook her LPC at ULaw. She worked as a Commercial Dispute Resolution solicitor at Wake Smith and Addleshaw Goddard before moving into legal education. Gayle has a PGCHE from Huddersfield University and is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. Gayle teaches across a variety of programmes, including Tort Law on the GDL and MA programmes.

Alicia Bates is a Senior Tutor and joined the University in 2020. Alicia teaches a range of subjects on the LLB and AMIL. Alicia graduated with an LLB from Newcastle University and went onto achieve a Distinction in her LLM in International Corporate Governance and Financial Regulation from Warwick University. Alicia was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2017 and is an accredited Civil-Commercial Mediator. Alicia obtained her PGCHE in 2020 and is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. Alicia is in the final year of her PhD at King’s College London which looks at the intersection between insurance law and terrorism. Alicia’s research interests lie in insurance, terrorism and cyber.

After gaining a degree in Cell Biology, Lauren studied the GDL and LPC at the University of Law and has also completed a post-graduate Diploma in EU Law. Lauren qualified as a solicitor in 2012 after training at American law firm, Covington & Burling LLP, including a secondment to a pharmaceutical company in Switzerland. With a grounding in science, the main of her legal career was with Bristows LLP practising as a life sciences regulatory solicitor serving the most heavily regulated industries globally, including a secondment to a major artificial intelligence company in London. Her career highlight is successfully representing a French pharmaceutical company before the Court of Justice of the European Union. Lauren has authored legal texts published by Oxford University Press, Practical Law, and Lexis Nexis. Lauren joined ULaw in 2019 and teaches EU Law, Competition Law, Contract Law, Law and Business, Intellectual Property, and Introduction to Professional Practice.

Heidi studied at Warwick University before completing the CPE (GDL) and then the LPC at ULaw, Chester. Heidi trained with Weightmans, in Liverpool and then practised as a commercial property solicitor, undertaking sales/acquisitions, development work, leasehold management work and structured finance transactions for Addleshaw Goddard LLP and DWF LLP. Heidi teaches Land Law, Contract Law, Real Estate & Advanced Real Estate Law and Practice across all courses. Heidi completed the PGCHE and is a Fellow of The Higher Education Academy.

Amanda joined ULaw after 20 years in global Human Resources and Business Executive Director roles. With experience of the pharmaceutical, engineering, and professional services sectors she has worked in UK, Europe, US, and Asia. She has led companies to business success with accreditation in Sunday Times Best Companies Top 100 and Investors in People Gold Award with World Class people practices recognition. MSc qualified in Organisation Development, Coaching and Leadership and HRM, Amanda also holds a BSc Occupational Psychology and Careers Guidance. She holds a range of qualifications in Business Management. She also continues to work as a Human Resources consultant and business writer. Her passions and projects are in Employee Engagement and relations, Organisation restructuring and design, Global Talent Acquisition and Development. Part of the Business School team in ULaw, Amanda is a Tutor in the module on Performance Management and Reward.

Beverley qualified as a solicitor in 1995. She has spent over 20 years as a family law practitioner in Manchester and Cheshire. Beverley started as a Visiting Lecturer in 2008 while still in practice. In addition to Family Law, she teaches Public Law on the GDL and Real Estate on the LPC course as well as supervising online students on the LLB, GDL and LPC. Beverley also continues to practise as a mediator.

Melanie joined ULaw after 16 years in-house at NBCUniversal, serving as Chief Legal & HR Officer and member of the international senior leadership team, coordinating a team of 200+ covering over 35 countries. Prior to that, she trained and qualified into the Company/Commercial Media team at DJ Freeman (now CMS). Melanie studied law at the University of Nottingham, before completing her LLM in International Law at the Vrije Universiteit Brussels and her LPC. She is dual qualified and now teaches Business Law and Mergers & Acquisitions.

Having completed her training contract at Hill Dickinson LLP, Alex joined its Corporate team where she worked for a further seven years. Following a year at Chester based commercial firm, Walker Smith Way Limited, Alex moved to Knights PLC where she worked in the Corporate team for five years, primarily carrying out M&A transactional work. Alex worked as an Associate Academic at Ulaw before joining as a Tutor in 2020. Alex teaches and supervises on a number of ULaw courses and is a Personal Tutor, where she provides pastoral care for students studying remotely.

Prior to joining the University of Law, Gemma worked in Family Law, specialising in Children matters for Lanyon Bowdler Solicitors. She also has experience in Private Client departments. Gemma obtained an undergraduate degree in English Literature before she decided to pursue law. She then attended the University of Law and completed her Graduate Diploma in Law and Law Practice Course with Masters. Gemma joined ULaw as a tutor in 2019 and she currently teaches Introduction to Professional Practice and Private Client on the LPC, as well as Tort and Equity on both the GDL and LLB.

Tanya is a Senior Tutor who first worked at the Bloomsbury campus of the University of Law (then College of Law) in 1998, being admitted as a Fellow of the Higher Education Authority in 2003. Between 2006 and 2020 Tanya worked in private practice at DMH Stallard LLP, mostly as a Senior Associate in the Utilities and Real Estate Teams, acting for a wide range of clients on property related transactions. Tanya joined the online Campus in September 2021 and currently teaches Real Estate and Contract on the LLB and Land on the PGDL/MA (Conversion) courses. She also acts as a Personal Tutor.

Hannah qualified as a corporate solicitor at Mills & Reeve LLP in 2012. Renowned for managing fast paced volume acquisition profiles, Hannah also built up an expertise in general private M&A work, IPOs, corporate restructures, shareholder agreements, investment and PE work and compliance and corporate governance. Hannah joined ULaw in August 2020 and is an LPC and SQE tutor for the Online campus and an LPC tutor at the Norwich campus.

Rachel qualified and began practicing as a corporate and governance solicitor at Trowers & Hamlins LLP in 2016, having undertaken her training contract at a London Borough Local Authority. Having spent her time as a solicitor at Trowers & Hamlins LLP working on large corporate mergers between charitable housing associations and providing governance advice to a wide range of charitable and public sector bodies, Rachel joined the Housing Development team at Capsticks LLP in 2019 where she continued to provide corporate governance and charity law advice to a wide range of clients, and also assisted on large commercial transactions for public bodies. Rachel joined ULaw in November 2020 and teaches on a number of ULaw courses including Real Estate on the LPC, and is a Personal Tutor where she provides pastoral care for the online students. Rachel originally studied law at the University of Liverpool, and also has an LLM in Gender, Sexuality and the Law which she studied in her spare time prior to commencing her training contract.

Caroline earned a degree in Business Administration from the University of Bradford, thereafter completing the GDL and LPC, qualifying as a solicitor in 2007 and specialising in real estate and insolvency. Caroline recently completed her PhD at the University of York and has published on issues of inequalities in access to the solicitors’ profession. Caroline holds an external research position with the social mobility charity, the Bridge Group, and is a member of the Society of Legal Scholars, the Socio-legal Studies Association, and the Society for Research into Higher Education. At ULaw she teaches a range of subjects on the GDL, MA Law, LLB, LLM and LPC. Caroline is an associate fellow of the higher education academy.

Julie qualified as a solicitor in 1988. She spent two years in private practice in the Midlands, specialising in civil litigation and family, before joining the legal department at Central Television in Birmingham. Julie later obtained a BSc and MSc in psychology from the University of Warwick. Julie then trained as a family mediator and achieved accreditation from the Family Mediation Council in 2017. Julie started teaching in Higher Education in 2019 and combines teaching with family mediation. Julie is a Personal Tutor and teaches MA Law and SQE.

Hannah qualified as a solicitor in 2012 and spent ten years in private practice as a Commercial Real Estate lawyer. She trained with DWF LLP, before joining CMS, where she specialised in portfolio acquisitions and disposals, for real estate investment trusts and private equity funds. Hannah studied Business and French at the University of Nottingham and Bordeaux Management School (now KEDGE Business School) , before completing her GDL and LPC. She now primarily teaches Real Estate on the LPC.

Emma qualified as a solicitor in 2010, having initially completed a Business Degree, followed by the GDL and LPC at Nottingham Law School. She specialised initially in litigation, followed by 9 years in the Browne Jacobson Education team. Emma joined the University of Law’s Online campus in March 2021 and specialises in Dispute Resolution and Criminal Law on the LPC, SQE, PGDL and LLB programmes. Her teaching experience also includes Commercial dispute resolution, advocacy, drafting and interviewing.

Susannah qualified as a Solicitor in 2013 and worked for two High Street Firms, specialising in Family Law, with a specific focus on complex cases involving Domestic Abuse and also Private Children matters. Susannah also spent time working within the Wills and Probate department and the Costs Department. Whilst in practise, Susannah provided training for numerous external organisations and members of the public in relation to Family Law (specifically on Children, Domestic Abuse, Forced Marriage and FGM). In addition, Susannah was an active Board member for Safety4Sisters, a group campaigning for the rights of women who have an insecure immigration status and who are also impacted by Domestic Abuse. Susannah has been teaching at the University of Law since 2018 and her main teaching areas are that of Wills and Succession, Family Law and Criminal Law.

Mathew began his legal career in 1999, undertaking study whilst working. He became a legal executive in 2005 and was admitted as a solicitor in 2008. Mathew worked in general high street practice, before specialising first in personal injury then commercial insurance litigation at Keoghs in Bolton and DWF in Manchester. Mathew began a career in education in 2012 joining the University of Law in 2017 as Pro Bono Coordinator and Visiting Lecturer in the Manchester campus. Mathew joined the online campus as Tutor in early 2021 with a special interest in public law, human rights, contract, tort and general litigation.

Gareth joined The University of Law in 2021 and primarily teaches Real Estate and Advanced Real Estate on the LPC and Real Estate and Land Law on the LLB. He qualified as a solicitor in 2015, having obtained a first class law degree before studying the LPC at The University of Law’s Manchester Campus obtaining a distinction. Gareth practised as a Real Estate lawyer at a regional firm recognised in The Legal 500 acting for a range of commercial clients, from newly incorporated companies to PLCs, on a range of different matters including acquisitions, sales, development matters but with a strong focus on landlord and tenant and corporate support work. Gareth also has a keen interest in advocacy having obtained higher rights of audience in civil proceedings.

Gill qualified as a solicitor in 2003, having trained at a boutique firm which specialised in providing services to the racehorse industry. Following qualification, she joined Hill Dickinson where she represented a wide variety of professionals in both civil and disciplinary proceedings. She specialised in defending the veterinary profession and has particular knowledge of and expertise in equine matters. Gill subsequently became a partner in the Commercial Litigation department of a large law firm in Manchester before joining ULaw in 2021. She primarily teaches Dispute Resolution across a number of postgraduate programmes.

Having completed his solicitor’s training contract at CMS Cameron McKenna LLP in 2005 (now CMS), Mothiur moved to the planning, parliamentary and public law department at Bircham Dyson Bell LLP (now BDB Pitmans) where he specialised in advising public bodies on their statutory powers and environmental duties (planning, compulsory purchase, environmental impact assessment). Mothiur subsequently obtained a Masters in Ecological Design Thinking at Schumacher College in 2016 and built up a legal consultancy practice advising community groups on environmental matters. Mothiur has been teaching at the University of Law since 2021 and his main teaching areas are Company Law and Environmental Law through its LLB and Masters Programmes.

Megan completed her training contract at Keoghs and qualified as a Solicitor in 2011. After qualifying, Megan remained at Keoghs, where she specialised primarily in handling both fast and multi-track Employers and Occupiers Liability personal injury claims from a Defendant perspective. Megan also developed expertise in working on Animals Act matters. Prior to training as a Solicitor, Megan worked for a local charity which specialised in providing free legal advice to the local community on all strands of discrimination. Megan joined the University of Law’s Online Campus as a Tutor in February 2021 and primarily teaches Public Law and Common Law Method and Ethics on the LLB. Megan also assists on the LPC and AMIL programmes and has an interest in Tort, Civil Dispute Resolution and Insurance.

Lateefah Wainwright is a solicitor who qualified in 2018 and specialises in Commercial Litigation. Lateefah joined The University of Law in 2020 as a tutor and continues to work in private practice in Commercial Litigation and Insolvency Law. Lateefah currently teaches Introduction to Professional Practice, Immigration Law & Asylum on the LPC, as well as Tort on the GDL.

Lynsey qualified as a solicitor in 2010, specialising in insurance and litigation. Lynsey worked as a professional support lawyer before obtaining her Higher Rights of Audience and taking a role as in-house counsel for a national law firm. Lynsey joined ULaw in 2021 and primarily teaches Civil Dispute Resolution, Access to Justice and Academic and Digital Skills on the LLB. Lynsey is also a personal tutor and provides additional supervision across a range of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.
